B & L Cattle Company has been breeding Belgian Blue cattle since 1993. Our primary focus is on black genetics, but we do offer a selection of blue roan and white cattle. Currently we have both fullblood, percentage cattle and semen.

Big Bull Originating in Belgium in the early 1900’s. It is a hearty, big muscles breed that produces a leaner and surprisingly more tender cut of beef. They are naturally lean, high in protein, lower in fat, calories and cholesterol than chicken breast. The breed has massive skeletal muscles, which are composed of smaller muscles fibers, resulting in more tender meat. This also allows fewer fat deposits both within and around the muscle fibers. Other lean beef does not have this finer fiber, so they generally are not as tender.

Belgian Blue cattle produce a greater volume of premium retail cuts of meat with less fat and more tenderness than any other breed of cattle. And the taste is unmatched!
