B & L Cattle Co., LLC is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality and healthiest beef available today. We take raising beef seriously.
That is why B & L implemented and follow a very strict quality assurance program.
We use the finest Black Angus and Belgian Blue genetics for our beef. We feel this is a very important part in giving you consistent tenderness and taste every time. We never use any growth hormones, steroids, chemically altered feed, animal by-products or antibiotics. Our cattle is fed only the finest quality corn and soy bean meal through out their life and put on full feed the last 120 plus days. We then allow our beef to naturally age seventeen to twenty-one days before processing. This ensures the ultimate in tenderness and taste. Each beef is then individually processed and attention to detail is given to every cut. Finally, it is vacuum-sealed and flash frozen for maximum freshness.
